KJK Hospital is looking for a responsible and patient-friendly OP Assistant to support the smooth functioning of the Outpatient Department.

The candidate will assist patients, doctors and nursing staff while helping maintain an organised and efficient OP workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- ⁠ ⁠Assist patients visiting the Outpatient Department.
- ⁠ ⁠Guide patients to the appropriate consultation rooms and departments.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate patient flow and help reduce waiting time.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist doctors and nursing staff with routine OP activities.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain consultation queues and ensure patients are attended to systematically.
- ⁠ ⁠Help patients with basic information regarding hospital departments and services.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the reception, billing, pharmacy, laboratory and other departments when required.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain OP-related records and documentation.
- ⁠ ⁠Ensure consultation rooms and patient waiting areas remain organised.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist elderly patients,



children and patients requiring additional support.
- ⁠ ⁠Follow hospital protocols related to patient safety, hygiene and confidentiality.
- ⁠ ⁠Perform other OP support duties assigned by the department.

Requirements

- ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Patient-friendly and service-oriented approach.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- ⁠ ⁠Good organisational skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently during busy OP hours.

Education Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate qualification preferred.
