About the Job:
We are looking for an Online Sales & Chat Executive to handle customer conversations through social media and online channels and help convert interested prospects into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales conversations through DMs and online chats.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Explain services in a easy and convincing manner.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain basic sales records.
Requirements:
- 6 months relevant full-time experience OR 2 years freelance experience.
- Experience in online sales, chat sales, DM sales or customer conversion.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident in handling customer conversations.
- Good follow-up and convincing ability.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
