Role Description The Online IT Solution Private Data role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, focused on supporting secure management and processing of client data within ADITECH’s online IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and verifying private data, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and assisting with the implementation and documentation of data-related workflows. The role involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal guidelines.

The team member will prepare clear written reports, support research and analysis to improve data processes,



and participate in training activities to promote best practices in data security and usage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact clearly with colleagues and clients and document information accurately.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to review data, identify patterns or issues, and support process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to prepare reports, guidelines, and documentation related to private data and IT solutions.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to help share knowledge, support onboarding, and promote adherence to data handling procedures.
- Relevant experience in data entry, data management, or IT support roles is beneficial.
- Understanding of basic data security principles and confidentiality requirements is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with care.
- A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is an advantage.
