Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Online

Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on online platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals), preparing tailored proposals, and submitting bids in line with company objectives and pricing strategies. Daily tasks include researching client requirements, analyzing project scopes, coordinating with technical teams to gather accurate effort estimates, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. The role involves regular communication with prospective clients through messages and calls,



clarifying project details, and following up to convert leads into contracts.

The Online

Bidder will also contribute to documentation, maintain records of bids and outcomes, and support continuous improvement of bidding practices and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to create compelling proposals and professional business correspondence.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and deliver Training related to bidding tools, processes, and sales best practices.
- Prior experience as an Online Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role in an IT or software services company is preferred.
- Familiarity with major online bidding platforms and basic understanding of web, mobile app, and SEO services is beneficial.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
