About the Role :

We are looking for a field-oriented and travel-friendly candidate who will be responsible for identifying, visiting, inspecting and onboarding hotels, homestays, guesthouses and local properties across North Bengal and nearby destinations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visit hotels, homestays and guesthouses across Siliguri, Darjeeling, Kurseong, Sittong, Kalimpong, Mirik and other destinations.
- Inspect properties and check rooms, cleanliness, facilities, location and overall quality.
- Meet property owners/managers and collect rates, room details, facilities and required documents.
- Take property photographs/videos for listing purposes.
- Identify and onboard suitable new properties.
- Enlist approved properties on company portals with complete and accurate details.
- Maintain and update property information and rates on the portals.
- Maintain regular communication and relationships with property owners.
- Submit proper visit/inspection reports to the management.
- Travel independently and explore new destinations to identify potential properties.





Candidate Profile : We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable travelling extensively for work.
- Is willing to travel to hill stations, villages and remote destinations.
- Is comfortable with long road journeys and occasional overnight stays.
- Has positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can confidently speak with homestay owners and property managers.
- Is comfortable using a smartphone for photographs, WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic documentation.
- Has basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Can learn and work with hotel/OTA/portal listing systems.
- Is organised and capable of maintaining property data.
- Has an eye for cleanliness, property quality and guest suitability.
- Can work independently without constant supervision.
- Has a two-wheeler and valid driving licence (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
