Role Overview

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage and coordinate the onboarding process for clients, partners, and users. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a professional approach to handling multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding process from initial communication to successful completion.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Communicate onboarding requirements, timelines, processes, and next steps clearly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely completion of required documentation and formalities.
- Handle queries and provide timely support throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and update relevant systems/CRM.
- Coordinate calls, meetings, demos, and onboarding sessions when required.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely closure of pending activities.




- Maintain a qualified and positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working in a night-shift environment and coordinating with stakeholders during evening/night hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
- Professional and confident communication style.
- Willingness to work in a night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
