Role Description The OTA Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for guiding new property partners and clients through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate setup of listings, pricing, policies, and service details on the Bag2Bag platform.

The Onboarding

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries, verify documentation, and maintain data quality standards.



Daily activities include communicating with partners and customers, explaining platform features and processes, collecting feedback to improve onboarding workflows, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to engage effectively with property partners and customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding skills to manage end-to-end onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review data, identify gaps, and improve onboarding efficiency and accuracy.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM or onboarding tools, and be comfortable working with online platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Candidates with prior experience in OTA, hospitality, travel tech, or customer success, and a relevant diploma or degree, will be preferred.
