Candidate Profile

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Positive communication skills in English and Konkani are required.

Candidates should be confident, energetic, and comfortable with field work.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

Willingness to interact with customers and assist them with MajheApp services.

Working Shifts

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Promote and explain MajheApp services to customers.

Assist customers with app installation, registration, and usage.

Support customer and partner onboarding.

Conduct on-ground promotional and awareness activities.

Interact with customers and address basic queries.

Collect feedback from customers and report issues to the operations team.

Submit daily activity and onboarding reports.

Perform other field-related duties assigned by the management.
