Key Skills for Construction Projects:

- To advise the building workers in planning and organizing measures necessary for effective control of personal injuries;

- To advise on safety aspects in a construction work activities and to carry out detailed safety studies of selected activities;

- To check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries;

- To verify all the applicable work permits
- To review and monitor the effective implementation of SPCL Way this processes;

- Conducting weekly HSE walk-down, monthly reporting;

- To ensure the effective implementation of control measures and verify the same during construction activities;

- To stop unsafe activities wherever it is necessary to save life;

- To ensure quality of personal protective equipment confirming to national standards;





- To carry out safety inspections of all construction work activities in order to observe the physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by building workers and to render advice or measures to be adopted for removing unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions by building workers;

- To investigate all incidences / accidents;

- To investigate the cases of occupational diseases contracted and importable dangerous occurrences;

Qualifications:

- Education: B.E / Diploma / B.Sc and ADIS (Advance diploma in Industrial Safety)
