Role & responsibilities
- HPLC Testing: Perform assays, impurity testing, and related substance analysis for APIs.
- Sample Prep: Prepare standard solutions, mobile phases, and samples accurately.
- Calibration: Execute routine calibration and maintenance of HPLC/UPLC systems.
- Documentation: Log raw data and results in compliance with cGMP, GLP, (using Empower 3 software).
- Troubleshooting: Resolve instrument issues like pressure spikes, baseline drift, and peak splitting
Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years of hands-on HPLC analysis specifically within a cGMP-regulated API USFDA manufacturing facility.
