About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric rehabilitation team. The therapist will work with children with developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral and functional difficulties and provide individualized, goal-oriented therapy.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and identify functional difficulties.
- Plan and provide individualized therapy programs based on each child’s needs.
- Provide Sensory Integration, developmental and functional therapy.
- Work on gross motor, fine motor, visual-perceptual and cognitive skills.
- Address attention, regulation, motor planning and coordination difficulties.
- Develop ADL, handwriting and school-readiness skills.
- Maintain proper assessment records, therapy notes and progress reports.
- Set measurable short-term and long-term therapy goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and home activities.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists,



special educators and psychologists when required.
- Maintain a professional, child-friendly and safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Skills

- Good clinical observation and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Sensory Integration and pediatric developmental therapy.
- Positive communication and parent-handling skills.
- Ability to independently plan and conduct therapy sessions.
- Patience, empathy and a child-centred approach.
- Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
