We are looking for an experienced OAS Analytics Consultant to lead the modernisation of legacy reporting solutions into scalable reporting platforms using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Python.
The role will focus on reporting modernisation, data automation and migration of legacy Microsoft Access/VBA-based reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the migration and modernisation of legacy Microsoft Access/VBA reporting solutions.
- Design and develop reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Develop and optimise Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for reporting and data requirements.
- Perform SQL performance tuning and optimisation.
- Develop Python-based reporting and data automation solutions using Pandas and Oracle connectivity.
- Analyse existing legacy reporting processes and translate them into modern reporting solutions.
- Support data extraction,
transformation and reporting requirements across Oracle-based environments.
- Ensure reporting solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- Solid experience in Oracle Database and SQL development.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAS/OBIEE and BI Publisher.
- Strong Python development experience for reporting and data automation.
- Experience in Microsoft Access/VBA migration and legacy reporting modernisation.
- Experience working in Financial Services or a controlled enterprise environment is preferred
