About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Nutritionist to join our Data team. This role combines nutrition expertise with hands-on data entry and data management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has 5+ in years of professional experience in nutrition or a related field, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working extensively with nutritional, ingredient, menu, and restaurant data.
This is a outstanding fit for someone who understands nutrition but is also willing to take on structured, repetitive data-entry work as an important part of their day-to-day responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
Nutrition & Menu Data
- Review and validate nutritional information for menu items.
- Analyze ingredients, portion information, dietary attributes, and nutritional values.
- Help categorize menu items based on nutritional and dietary criteria.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or potentially inaccurate nutrition information.
- Apply nutrition expertise to improve the accuracy and quality of food and menu data.
Data Entry & Data Management
- Enter and update menu, ingredient, nutrition, and restaurant information accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and consistent records across internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Follow established processes and formatting standards for data entry.
- Support additional data-related projects as needed.
Collaboration & Quality Control
- Work closely with the Data and Operations teams.
- Communicate questions or inconsistencies clearly when information needs further review.
- Follow internal processes while helping improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of qualified experience in nutrition, dietetics, food science, or a closely related field.
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, ingredients, dietary requirements, and food composition.
- Comfortable performing data entry as a significant part of the role.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work accurately with large volumes of information.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.

- Data remains clean, consistent, and well organized.
- Errors and inconsistencies are caught before they affect downstream processes.
- Assigned data-entry projects are completed accurately and on time.
