We’re Hiring – Nursing Staff & Patient Coordinators.

A growing diagnostic healthcare organization in Varanasi is expanding its team and looking for compassionate, confident and patient-focused professionals who can contribute to a smooth, safe and positive patient experience.

Nursing Staff Key Responsibilities

- Attend to patients and understand their immediate needs.
- Assist patients before, during and after diagnostic procedures.
- Support doctors, radiologists and modality teams.
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning and basic clinical requirements.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety and appropriate care during procedures.
- Handle basic nursing procedures and emergency support as per qualification and protocol.
- Maintain patient-care records and follow hygiene, infection-control and safety standards.
- Coordinate with front-office and technical teams for smooth patient movement.

Education & Experience
- GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Relevant nursing/clinical experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and patient-handling skills may also be considered.

Patient Coordinator The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated patient journey from arrival through the diagnostic process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome, guide and assist patients throughout their visit.




- Coordinate patient movement between registration, consultation and diagnostic departments.
- Explain procedures, preparation requirements and instructions clearly.
- Coordinate with MRI, CT, X-Ray, USG, Pathology and other modality teams.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to minimize waiting time and delays.
- Maintain accurate patient-related information and records.
- Ensure every patient receives a professional, respectful and caring experience.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Healthcare, hospital, diagnostic center or patient-care experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong customer service, communication and coordination experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
