Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) registration. Previous experience as Nursing Supervisor/Nursing Manager in a NABH-accredited hospital is preferred.

Shift: General Shift (8 Hours), 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all nursing operations across wards, ICU, OT, and other departments.

Prepare nursing duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing for each shift.

Ensure high standards of patient care, nursing documentation, and medication safety.

Monitor infection control practices and NABH compliance across departments.

Conduct ward rounds with consultants and coordinate patient care with clinical teams.

Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff through CNEs and skill development programs.

Handle staff attendance, performance reviews, leave planning, and discipline.

Maintain nursing inventory, emergency drugs, equipment, and consumables.





Investigate incident reports, needle-stick injuries, and patient safety events, and implement CAPA.

Coordinate with HR, Medical Administration, Pharmacy, CSSD, and Quality departments for smooth hospital operations.

Skills Required

NABH standards and quality compliance.

Infection control and patient safety.

Duty roster planning and manpower allocation.

Valuable communication in Kannada and English.

Basic HMIS and computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,198.71 - ₹60,304.46 per month
