- Responsible for clinical education, training, and competency development of nursing staff in critical care areas.
- Should have robust hands-on clinical experience in ICU/Critical Care along with experience in nursing education.
- Conduct induction, orientation, bedside teaching, and competency-based training.
- Assess and validate clinical skills and critical care competencies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff.
- Conduct training on critical care procedures, emergency management, infection control, and patient safety.
- Coordinate BLS, ACLS, and other relevant clinical training programs.
- Identify learning needs and develop appropriate training interventions.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice and compliance with clinical protocols.




- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient-safety initiatives.
- Maintain training, competency, and education records.
- Qualification: B.Sc./Post Basic B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- Experience: 6-10 years of clinical nursing experience, including significant ICU/Critical Care exposure; nursing education experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, teaching, communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
