About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and passionate NPTT Faculty to join our academic team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage and guide students through the NPTT curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and structured classroom sessions as per the prescribed NPTT curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and other academic resources.

Explain concepts clearly and address students academic queries.

Conduct assessments, tests, assignments, and evaluate students performance.

Monitor students progress and provide regular academic feedback.

Maintain a positive, interactive, and disciplined classroom workplace.

Support students in practical activities, projects, and skill development.

Stay updated with relevant teaching methodologies and subject developments.

Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth delivery of the program.

Maintain required academic records and reports.





Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.

Relevant teaching/training experience will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of NPTT-related subjects and concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good classroom management and student-handling skills.

Ability to create an engaging and learner-friendly classroom environment.

Candidates with relevant NPTT/NTT/D.El.Ed./B.Ed. or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.
