- Optimize Core Web Vitals through performance profiling caching strategies and bundle improvements
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver consistent accessible and user friendly experiences
- Participate in code reviews contribute to best practices and mentor junior team members where needed

Technical Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications
- BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA or equivalent
- 3 5 years of hands on experience building web applications with Next
- js and TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript TypeScript component driven development and state management fundamentals
- Experience integrating APIs and handling authentication authorization flows in frontend applications
- Working knowledge of testing practices debugging and performance optimization in production environments
