- Provide excellent customer service by addressing visa application inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Rope in the LIA when immigration advice is needed.
- Monitor application timelines and track progress,



ensuring applicants are informed about their application status.
- Assist in the development and improvement of visa processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain the security of all applicant data.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years of relevant experience are necessary.
- Previous remote work experience is important.
- The ability to interpret immigration policies and document information sheets is a must.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry.
