Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive New Shop Acquisition Executive to identify and source suitable commercial properties for opening new MedPlus Pharmacy stores. The candidate will be responsible for market scouting, property identification, owner coordination, site visits, and supporting the team through the property finalization process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential commercial properties suitable for current MedPlus Pharmacy stores.
- Conduct regular market visits and scout high-potential locations.
- Search for properties through local contacts, brokers, property owners, online platforms, and market references.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and agents regarding availability and rental terms.
- Collect and share property details such as location, carpet area, frontage, rent, advance, availability, and owner contact details.
- Conduct initial site visits and evaluate properties based on business requirements.
- Take property photos/videos and share location details with the expansion team.
- Negotiate and coordinate with property owners regarding rent, deposit, lease terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Maintain a database of available and shortlisted properties.
- Coordinate with internal teams for property evaluation, approval, documentation, and finalization.
- Build strong relationships with local brokers,



property consultants, and property owners.
- Achieve assigned targets for identifying and finalizing new shop locations.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience: 1–5 years in Property Acquisition, Real Estate, Business Development, Field Sales, Store Expansion, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong local market knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of the local area and commercial property market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Target

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in pharmacy, retail, supermarket, QSR, FMCG, or other retail store expansion/property acquisition will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
