Job Title: New Product Procurement & Development (NPPD)

Industry Preference: FMCG / Consumer Healthcare / Personal Care

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and source new products, raw materials, and potential suppliers.
- Work closely with the R&D; team for new product development.
- Conduct market research and identify new product opportunities based on market trends and consumer requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers for product sourcing and development.
- Evaluate product samples, specifications, quality, costing, and feasibility.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, MOQ, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, Packaging, and other internal teams for product development.
- Monitor the complete process from product sourcing/development to finalization and launch.




- Research competitor products and market trends to identify potential new products.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to product development and procurement.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience working with R&D; / New Product Development.
- Experience in FMCG is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in product procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or product development will be an advantage.
- Robust negotiation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of market trends, product costing, and supplier management.
- Candidates from FMCG / Consumer Healthcare / Personal Care / Nutraceutical backgrounds will be preferred.

Salary: Salary will be as per experience and company norms.
