Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve customer-reported network/security issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose firewall and system-related issues.
- Hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortigate and/or Fortinet firewalls.




- Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
- Ensure SLA adherence and proactively monitor issues.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-availability 24x7 environment.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in Network Security.
