Decommission network services including removal of IP addresses, external DNS entries and SSL certificates across firewalls, load balancers, external DNS, proxy and micro-segmentation.

Handle change management activities including creation of runbooks, SOPs and change requests, along with coordination for change approvals.

Perform software upgrades across firewalls, load balancers, proxy, micro-segmentation and network security management applications.

Troubleshoot priority incidents across firewalls, load balancers, proxy, micro-segmentation,

external DNS and CDN/DDoS environments.

Guide L2 operational teams during emergency changes and critical incidents.

Implement daily network security changes and planned Disaster Recovery activities.

Provide planned go-live support for newly released projects.

Support decommissioning initiatives and software upgrade programs across the network security environment.

Participate in automation regression testing and use newly developed automation tools.

Provide practical feedback to automation teams based on operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

5–9 years of relevant experience in Network Infrastructure / Network Security.

Strong hands-on experience across multiple network security products.

Candidates with solid experience in Proxies, F5 LTM/GTM/ASM, Trend Micro and Firewalls will be preferred.

Candidates should be available to work in a hybrid model from Bengaluru.
