n● This role would be responsible for managing the entire sales for the

- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategyn
- Complete responsibility for P&L;n
- Handled a team of 30-50 members, which includes Managers.n
- Manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of consumer buying.n

n● Cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily

- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new marketsn
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel and vendorsn

nin assigned products and geographies.

- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams to achieve company objectives.n
- Providing necessary training to the sales force on product knowledge, institutional dealing,n

nand customer handling. Define, track, and improve key metrics.




n● Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters
nand report key findings.
n● Generate recent product ideas, and enhancements to the existing product and collate
nrequests from both internal and external requestors

- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competitionn
- Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.n
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online marketing strategies for leadn

ngeneration and sales.
