Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Network

Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the organization’s wired and wireless network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring network devices, monitoring network performance, performing routine maintenance, and resolving connectivity and performance issues. The role involves implementing and managing network security controls, such as firewalls, VPNs, and access policies, and assisting in audits, documentation, and compliance activities.

The Network

Engineer will collaborate with IT and other business teams to support projects, handle incident response, and recommend improvements to network architecture and standards.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design, including configuring routers, switches, wireless controllers, and designing scalable topologies.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills, including user access management, device and configuration management, and routine monitoring and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving connectivity, performance, and configuration issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including experience with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and implementing secure network policies.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent vendor-specific credentials are beneficial.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), DNS, DHCP, and basic server and cloud networking concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented in office environment.
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
