Swift Technoplast Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Network Engineer / IT Executive to manage and support our IT infrastructure across offices and manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls & internet connectivity
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, desktop, laptop & printer issues
- Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365/email & access permissions
- Support IT hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Monitor backups, antivirus & basic cybersecurity controls
- Maintain IT assets, licences, network documentation & records
- Coordinate with IT service and technology vendors
- Identify recurring issues and implement practical improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of practical experience in IT support, networking or system administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and Windows systems
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong ownership, communication and documentation discipline
- Manufacturing / industrial / logistics / warehousing experience is a plus
