Seed Transformation Network, South Asia is seeking a full-time consultant for the position of Network Coordinator to manage the Seed Transformation Network (STN).

Seed Transformation Network is a network of all past participants of our year-long Seed Transformation Program designed exclusively for CEOs/Founders of SMEs in the revenue range of $300K to $15M. Currently, there are 550+ business leaders part of the Seed South Asia chapter.

The Network Coordinator is responsible for the management and day-to-day administration of the Seed Transformation Network to ensure smooth operations of the network. The Network Coordinator reports to the STN Executive Council, Seed South Asia.

CORE DUTIES

- Manage ongoing STN activities, including learning sessions, networking events, webinars, and member engagement initiatives.
- Build and execute initiatives that strengthen member engagement, business connections, and participation across the network.
- Lead the planning and execution of the annual STN Conclave and other online/offline network events.
- Manage member communications, the STN WhatsApp community, member database, and social media channels.
- Drive annual membership renewals and fee collection, and maintain accurate member records.
- Identify and build relationships with partners, knowledge providers, and organisations that can create value for STN members.




- Promote Seed programs and opportunities, including internships, coaching, and consulting, to STN members.
- Work closely with the STN Executive Committee and support the execution of their network initiatives and annual priorities.
- Identify potential sponsors and business engagement opportunities, and support relationship development and execution.
- Coordinate vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, and other operational requirements for STN activities.
- Support member data collection, impact reporting, and other initiatives to strengthen STN programming and communications.

These duties may be adjusted as needed to suit the business needs of the Seed Transformation Network.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Prior experience in startup incubation or managing entrepreneur groups is desired.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, take initiative and ownership and operate with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tact.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- May work variable hours, evenings or weekends
