About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Network Engineer specializing in Data Center and AI Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a minimum of six years of relevant experience who can seamlessly integrate complex network engineering principles with physical data center operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in deploying and maintaining high-density GPU clusters, AI-powered infrastructure, and ensuring maximum uptime and performance of our data center environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in networking and hardware management, with the ability to lead deployment projects, troubleshoot intricate network issues, and collaborate effectively with onsite and remote teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI infrastructure, contributing to cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of technology.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.




- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering within data center environments.
- Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 1, 2, and 3 network protocols, including VLANs, trunking, LACP, STP, LLDP, and BGP.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management, including installation, provisioning, and RMA processes for networking equipment.
- Experience working with high-density GPU clusters and AI infrastructure deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills, with experience leading technical teams and collaborating with field technicians.

Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core networking protocols and hardware components to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
- Lead the installation, provisioning, and verification of network hardware such as routers, switches, servers, optics, SCMs, line cards, and power/fan units.
- Manage hardware lifecycle processes, including RMA workflows, to minimize downtime and ensure hardware integrity.
- Support deployment activities for AI data centers, focusing on high-density GPU clusters and specialized connectivity requirements.




- Act as the technical lead for onsite field technicians, providing guidance on implementation, provisioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable network solutions tailored for AI and data-intensive applications.
- Monitor network performance, analyze issues, and implement improvements to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities to maintain operational standards.
