Job Summary

Machint is looking for a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and optimize the organization's IT network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in network administration, network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and smooth operation of the organization's network environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and manage network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.
- Perform network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topology, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and other stakeholders for infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Support network-related incidents and provide timely resolution.




- Maintain appropriate backups and configuration records for critical network devices.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies, security practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Network Security.
- CCNA and CCNP certifications are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Experience in network monitoring and performance management.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an IT team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and VPN technologies.
- Experience with network security and access-control mechanisms.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Exposure to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and network optimization projects.
