Key Responsibilities

- Maintain desktops, examination servers, network switches, routers, internet connections, printers, and related IT equipment.

- Install and troubleshoot Windows 11, approved software, drivers and peripherals according to authorised procedures.

- Diagnose desktop problems, including boot failures, display issues, missing operating systems, storage errors and network connectivity faults.

- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switch ports and network cabling.

- Check all systems, servers, internet links and network equipment before.

- Provide prompt technical support during examinations, escalate unresolved issues, and follow approved recovery procedures.

- Coordinate with TCS iON support teams, internet service providers, equipment vendors and AMC service partners.

- Check CCTV/NVR connectivity and recording status, and coordinate repairs when required.

- Monitor UPS status and coordinate with electricians/DG operators for power-related IT issues.

- Maintain equipment inventories, system-wise fault registers, maintenance records, service tickets, and spare-parts records.

- Submit daily updates covering system readiness, faults resolved, pending issues and vendor follow-ups.

- Follow examination security procedures,



protect credentials and confidential information, and prevent unauthorised changes to systems or networks.

- Complete post-examination checks, approved shutdown procedures, and handovers.

Additional Information

- Shifts may extend from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on most days of the month, depending on operational requirements. Such duties will include scheduled breaks and will be arranged within applicable working-hour and overtime limits.

- One weekly off will be provided each week. Its date will be scheduled and approved in advance by the reporting manager.

- Sunday is not a fixed weekly holiday.

- Employees must be able to report punctually for early-morning duties.
