Roles ResponsibilitiesApplication Development Maintenance

- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend components using .NET Core and .NET based on business requirements.
- Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable code with appropriate error handling and logging.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes and improvements.

Collaboration Delivery

- Work closely with team members to understand requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support testing efforts by collaborating with QA and ensuring fixes are validated and release-ready.

Quality Continuous Improvement

- Contribute to improving application performance, reliability,



and maintainability through refactoring and optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation for implemented modules and changes.

Technical Requirement

- Primary skills:Technology->Microsoft Technologies->.NET Frameworks->.NET Core Additional ResponsibilityMinimum Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using .NET Core and .NET.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and backend development fundamentals.

- Ability to debug issues effectively and deliver stable fixes in a timely manner.
- Education: Bachelors (Graduation/Bachelor/Equivalent, BTech, Bachelor of Engineering) or Masters (MTech, MCA, MSc, Post Grad/Master/Equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building and maintaining RESTful services and integrating backend components with other systems.
- Familiarity with writing unit tests and following code quality practices (readability, maintainability, reviews).

- Exposure to performance tuning and improving application stability in real-world environments.
- Ability to work independently on assigned modules while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
