Role Summary In the role of Neo4J Support Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. They will engage with various teams to ensure the seamless operation of applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Act independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications.
- Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.




- Assist in developing process improvements for system stability.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in graph database environments.
- Engage with user feedback to maintain service reliability.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support.
- Proficiency in Neo4j and graph database concepts.
- Experience with Cypher query language.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in database environments.
- Understanding of database performance tuning strategies.

Nice to Have

- Experience with other graph databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
