Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts for automotive industry.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in operating CNC machines or similar equipment in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of paint shop processes and ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in machine operating software and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
