About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Trainer / Specialist who can build strong mutual fund knowledge and product understanding among our Relationship Managers (RMs) and new hires.

The primary responsibility will be to train, educate, and continuously upskill the RM team on mutual funds, enabling them to confidently understand products, explain them to clients, and have meaningful investment conversations.

This is a knowledge and training-focused role, with no direct sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct structured training sessions on Mutual Funds for new and existing Relationship Managers.
- Build a strong foundation in mutual fund concepts, products, categories, and investment strategies.
- Train RMs on:
- Equity, Debt, Hybrid and other mutual fund categories
- SIP, SWP, STP and lump-sum investments
- Risk-return concepts
- Fund selection and comparison
- Asset allocation and portfolio construction




- Mutual fund taxation and basic regulatory concepts
- Expense ratios, exit loads, benchmarks, AUM, NAV, etc.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 3-5 years of relevant experience in mutual funds, wealth management, financial products, investment advisory, product training or a similar domain.
- Has solid practical knowledge of Mutual Funds and investment products.
- Can confidently explain financial concepts to people with different levels of knowledge.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.

What This Role Is NOT:

- No direct sales targets
- No requirement to acquire clients
- No aggressive sales responsibilities
- Minimal travel
- Primarily an office-based training and knowledge-development role

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, mutual fund knowledge and training capability.
