Role OverviewArtec Solutions is looking for a technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI platform implementations, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and Agentic AI programs. The ideal candidate should combine strong project/program delivery capabilities with a solid understanding of modern AI technologies and deep domain expertise.

This is a delivery-focused technical PM role, not a traditional PMO position. The candidate must be comfortable working closely with solution architects, AI/ML engineers, developers, data teams, QA, and senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI platforms, automation solutions, and digital transformation programs.
- Manage projects involving n8n workflow automation, API integrations, enterprise applications, and AI-powered business workflows.
- Drive implementation of Agentic AI solutions including AI agents, agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-step workflows, memory/context management, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Manage programs involving RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), enterprise knowledge systems, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and LLM-based applications.
- Oversee Contextual AI solutions leveraging enterprise data, business rules, customer context, and organizational knowledge.
- Work with technical teams on AI architecture, integrations, data pipelines, APIs, cloud platforms, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production releases.
- Ensure AI solutions are evaluated for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, security, performance, scalability, and business impact.
- Drive Agile delivery including requirements, estimation, sprint planning, resource management, UAT, release management, risk mitigation,



and stakeholder reporting.
- Use project management and tracking platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent, including AI-enabled productivity tools.

Technical ExposureStrong understanding of several of the following is expected: n8n | AI Workflow Automation | Agentic AI | Generative AI | LLMs | RAG | Contextual AI | AI Agents | API/Workflow Orchestration | Vector Databases | Embeddings | Enterprise Search | LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex | Cloud AI Platforms | AI Testing & Evaluation

Hands-on coding is not mandatory, but strong technical fluency and the ability to engage in architecture and engineering discussions are essential.

Domain ExperienceDeep domain experience is highly important. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked closely with leading organizations in:

1. Pensions & Retirement Services
2. Insurance
3. Banking / Financial Services

Candidates should understand the business processes and operational challenges of their domain, enabling them to contribute to solution design and delivery rather than functioning purely as a PMO. Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of technology project/program management experience.
- Proven track record managing medium-to-high complexity AI, platform, or technology implementations.
- Robust Agile delivery and enterprise stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery roadmaps.
- Strong communication, leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple delivery workstreams.
