Role Description The Multimedia Designer will create and refine visual assets across digital channels, including graphics, animations, videos, and web-ready content. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and developers, producing multimedia content for campaigns, websites, and social media, and ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves planning and executing video production workflows, designing graphics and layouts, and optimizing assets for different devices and platforms.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Multimedia skills, including the ability to combine text, images, audio, and video into cohesive digital experiences.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, such as storyboarding, shooting or sourcing footage, editing, and post-production for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills, with proficiency in creating visual assets, layouts, icons, and marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess Web Design skills, including designing responsive, user-friendly interfaces and preparing assets optimized for web performance.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent), and familiarity with motion graphics tools.




- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and an iterative design process.
- Relevant academic background in design, multimedia, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio showcasing digital and multimedia work is required.

What We’re Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design or video editing, ideally at an agency or studio.
- Strong command of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), plus Canva for quick-turn work.
- A solid grasp of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy, plus an instinct for pacing and rhythm in an edit.
- The ability to juggle several projects, take feedback without taking it personally, and still deliver on time.
- Explicit communication. You can explain your creative choices and ask the right questions about a brief.
- A portfolio or showreel that shows range across static design, video and motion. This one is non-negotiable.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Figma, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Comfort using AI tools for image, video or audio within a production workflow.
- Basic photography or videography skills for shoots.
- An understanding of how content performs on Instagram, YouTube and Meta Ads.
