Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical and technical maintenance activities.
- Lead and coordinate Technicians and Operators during shifts.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of LT panels, MCC, DBs, motors, DG, UPS, and other electrical equipment.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and coordinate timely troubleshooting.
- Plan manpower deployment and monitor attendance and work allocation.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and ensure maintenance standards are followed.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports, checklists, logbooks, and breakdown records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Support emergency response and ensure uninterrupted facility operations.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for technical requirements.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in technical areas.

Qualification ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Manufacturing, Hospitals, or Industrial Facilities are preferred.
