Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- Perform functional regression integration system and end to end testing
- Validate Dynamics 365 customizations plugins workflows business rules and Power Platform components
- Test CRM modules including
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Field Service
- Customer Insights
- Validate integrations with third party applications and enterprise systems
- Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations
- Conduct data migration and data validation testing
- Verify security roles access controls and user permissions
- Track and manage defects through defect management tools
- Support User Acceptance Testing UAT and production deployments




- Collaborate with business analysts developers solution architects and functional consultants
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance activities
