Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Dynamics 365 testing engagements across multiple projects
- Define overall test strategy test plans test scenarios and quality assurance processes
- Review business requirements functional specifications and user stories
- Lead Functional Testing System Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing UAT and End to End Testing
- Validate Dynamics 365 customizations configurations workflows business rules and security roles
- Coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore teams
- Manage defect lifecycle conduct defect triage meetings and track closure
- Ensure test coverage for Dynamics 365 integrations with enterprise applications
- Prepare test status reports risk assessments and quality metrics for stakeholders
- Drive automation and testing process improvements
