Description:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Manage and mentor CRM development and support teams.

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.

Configure and customize Dataverse, Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps), and Power Automate.

Develop custom plugins, workflows, PCF controls, and integrations.

Build and maintain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Participate in solution architecture, estimation, and technical design discussions.

Manage CRM security roles, business units, solution deployment, and ALM processes.

Perform data migration, data validation, and system optimization activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Support testing, deployment, production releases, and post-production activities.
