Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Functional Engineer to provide structured training and consulting services. The role involves delivering hands‑on sessions, guiding participants through CRM modules, and ensuring effective adoption of Dynamics 365 across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs on Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Deliver workshops on Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Guide participants in customization, configuration, workflows, and security roles.
- Provide real‑world case studies and scenario‑based learning.
- Prepare training materials including manuals, quick guides, and video tutorials.
- Offer post‑training support, mentoring, and Q&A; sessions.

Requirements





- Proven experience as a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant/Functional Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of CRM modules and functional processes.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
