Role Description The Motion Graphics and AI Video Creator is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and producing engaging motion graphics and video content that showcase Routovia’s brand, products, and insights for international students and employers. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing video storyboards, creating animated assets, and using AI-driven tools to generate and enhance video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and educational resources.

The role involves editing and polishing video footage, adding visual effects, sound, and captions, and ensuring videos are optimized for multiple platforms and formats.

The Motion

Graphics and AI Video Creator will collaborate with marketing, product,



and content teams to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives that align with Routovia’s mission and visual identity. This role also includes maintaining a consistent design style, staying up to date with motion design and AI video trends, and managing production timelines to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Graphics and Multimedia for creating dynamic, visually engaging video assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and refine video content from concept to final delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Post-Production for color correction, sound design, visual effects, and platform-specific optimization.
- Experience using AI video and animation tools (e.g., generative video platforms, AI-assisted editing) is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related motion design tools.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of designing for social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
- Prior experience creating content for education, career services, or tech platforms is a plus; relevant portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video work required.
