Position Overview

- Position: Motion Graphic Designer

- Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

- Compensation: INR 20,000 – INR 25,000 per month

- Location: Baner, Pune

- Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to bring static designs, brand stories, and product concepts to life through compelling animation and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

- Motion Design &
- Animation:

Conceptualize, storyboard, and create high-quality 2D motion graphics, brand launch videos, social media video creatives, explainer videos, and UI micro-interactions.

- Collaboration with Design &

- Content:

Work closely with our graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and copywriters to translate creative briefs, static assets, and narratives into dynamic motion pieces.

- Video Production &

- Polish:

Handle the animation pipeline from initial concept and style frames to keyframing, timing, kinetic typography, sound design/audio syncing, and final rendering/export.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all animations align with client brand guidelines, visual identities,



and studio quality standards.

- Trend &

- Technique Awareness:

Stay updated on current motion design styles, animation techniques, and social media video trends to keep our studio’s output fresh and engaging.

What We Are Looking For

Core Technical Skills:

- High proficiency in Adobe After Effects (essential).

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for prepping vector artwork and assets for animation.

- Familiarity with Blender or basic 3D workflows is a solid plus (optional, but encouraged).

Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on motion graphics experience (agency, studio, or high-volume creative background preferred).

Creative Eye:

- Solid grasp of the fundamental principles of animation (timing, spacing, anticipation, easing), kinetic typography, visual rhythm, and composition.

Communication &

- Ownership:

- Ability to take feedback constructively, iterate quickly, manage multiple project timelines, and deliver polished outputs on time.

Showreel / Portfolio:

- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating a variety of motion graphic styles, smooth transitions, and design aesthetics is mandatory.
