- Portfolio that shows actual ads - not just showreels or personal projects

- Can work fast, take a brief, and deliver without too much back and forth

Bonus Points

- Familiarity with AI tools for video/image generation (RunwayML, Kling, etc.)

- Understanding of what makes a digital ad actually perform, not just look good
