Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create engaging and professional visual content for educational videos, YouTube, social media, internal communications, and other digital content.

The ideal candidate should combine strong design fundamentals with motion graphics skills and be able to turn scripts, Voice Overs, concepts, and briefs into transparent and visually engaging animations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D motion graphics, animations, explainer visuals, infographics, diagrams, typography animations, charts, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop animations based on scripts, storyboards, briefs, or creative references.
- Simplify complex technical or educational concepts through effective visual storytelling.
- Work closely with video editors, content creators, trainers, and other stakeholders to integrate motion graphics into final videos.
- Create graphics for long-form videos, YouTube content, short-form/social media content, and internal videos.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, typography, colors, animation, and branding across content.
- Handle revisions and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized, editable project files and follow proper asset/naming structures.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the overall visual quality and storytelling of projects.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.




- Strong understanding of motion design and animation principles.
- Good command of typography, composition, spacing, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with keyframes, Graph Editor, shape layers, masking, parenting, compositing, and basic expressions.
- Ability to work across different formats such as 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.

Experience & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in motion design, motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- Degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film/Video Production, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.
