- Classical and contemporary control theory, kinematics, dynamics, trajectory generation, and motion planningn
- Reinforcement learning, imitation learning, policy training, and sim-to-real transfern
- ROS/ROS 2 development, sensor fusion, state estimation, LiDAR, camera, and IMU integrationn
- Embedded/edge deployment experience, preferably with NVIDIA Jetson platformsn
- Robotics validation practices including calibration, sensor placement, ground-truth verification, and safety testingn
- Cross-functional collaboration with Physical AI Architects, Leads, Engineers, and hardware teamsn

- Design and validate control algorithms and motion-planning stacks for target robot platformsn




- Support sim-to-real transfer of policies trained in Isaac Lab and tune for domain gapsn
- Integrate perception, planning, and control modules with hardware-in-the-loop test rigsn
- Validate AMR fleet, robotic-cell, and safety use cases against applicable blueprint patternsn
- Collaborate on Jetson-based edge deployment and onboard inference optimizationn
- Contribute to test protocols, safety validation documentation, and field trial supportn
