About Opulent KücheOpulent Küche is a premium modular kitchen & wardrobe brand focused on design, supply and installation of premium modular interiors.

We are looking for a Project & Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day project execution and become the bridge between the Head Designer, Site Manager, OEMs, vendors, clients and installation teams.

This is not a basic site-supervisor role.

We are looking for someone who can think, analyse, solve problems and make decisions.

? What is the purpose of this role?Currently, our Site Manager handles site visits, layouts, material/hardware dispatch, carpenter & worker coordination, site follow-ups and snag closure.

The challenge is that many routine decisions still come back to the owner.

We want someone who can take ownership of the thinking and coordination behind the execution.

Your goal will be to ensure that the owner is involved mainly in major design, commercial and strategic decisions, rather than every day-to-day execution issue.

? Key Responsibilities1. Project Management

Manage projects from

Design Finalization → Work Order → Hardware → Production → Dispatch → Site Readiness → Installation → Snag → Handover

Maintain project status, deadlines, pending activities and responsibilities.

2. Work Order & Drawing Coordination

Review work orders and drawings before production.

Check

- Dimensions
- Cabinet details
- Shutters
- Finishes
- Materials
- Hardware
- Accessories
- Appliances
- Site conditions
- Client-approved changes

Identify errors before production, not after material reaches the site. 3. Hardware Management

Take ownership of hardware planning and verification.

Coordinate requirements for

- Hinges
- Drawer systems
- Tandem boxes
- Lift-up systems
- Baskets
- Corner units
- Tall-unit accessories
- G-profiles/handles
- Channels
- Waste bins
- Appliance integration

4. Site & Technical Coordination Review site conditions and identify execution problems.





You should understand

- Modular kitchen layouts
- Cabinet dimensions
- Shutter dimensions
- Fillers & gaps
- Appliance integration
- Hardware
- Countertop coordination
- Electrical/plumbing requirements
- Installation sequence

5. Manage the Existing Site Manager The Site Manager will continue handling:

- Site visits
- Measurements/layouts
- Material dispatch
- Hardware dispatch
- Carpenter follow-up
- Worker coordination
- Installation supervision
- Snag follow-up

Your responsibility will be to plan, guide, review and control his work. 6. OEM & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with factories and vendors for:

- Production
- Shutters
- Cabinets
- Hardware
- Dispatch
- Quality
- Replacement
- Rework
- Delays

7. Quality & Rework Control Identify and reduce avoidable mistakes related to:

- Measurements
- Work orders
- Hardware
- Production
- Dispatch
- Installation

Every major rework should have a reason and corrective action. 8. Project Handover

Ensure installation, hardware, shutters, accessories and snags are completed before final handover.

? MOST IMPORTANT: DECISION-MAKINGWe are looking for someone who doesn't simply ask:

“Sir, what should I do?”We want someone who says:

“This is the problem. I checked the drawing and site. We have two options. I recommend Option A because ____. The cost/time impact is ____. Shall I proceed?”You should be able to:

Identify → Analyse → Find Options → Recommend → Execute → Document

Routine operational decisions should be handled independently.

Major design changes, high costs, client disputes and important commercial/technical decisions will be escalated to the Head Designer.

? Who should apply?We prefer candidates with experience in:

- Modular kitchens
- Modular furniture
- Interior execution
- Interior project management
- Furniture project coordination
- Kitchen showroom operations

4–8 years of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of brands such as Hettich, Häfele, Blum and Kesseböhmer will be an advantage.

? Selection ProcessRound 1: Initial screening

Round 2: Technical & project-management interview

Round 3: Practical case study

Candidates will be given a realistic kitchen problem and asked to identify the issue, possible solutions, recommended action, cost/time impact and execution plan.

Round 4: Final interview

We are evaluating thinking ability, ownership and practical problem-solving, not just years of experience.

? First 90 Days0–30 Days:

Understand our projects, vendors, OEMs, drawings, hardware, team and processes.

31–60 Days:

Start independently handling project tracking, work orders, hardware coordination, Site Manager coordination and routine technical decisions.

61–90 Days:

Take operational ownership from

Project → Work Order → Production → Hardware → Dispatch → Site → Installation → Snag → Handover
