- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory across Urban & Rural markets.
- Manage and strengthen Direct, Indirect and Alternate distribution channels .
- Plan and drive product-wise and town-wise growth .
- Develop and expand distribution channels in current and emerging markets.
- Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors.
- Manage key retail outlets, including Modern Trade outlets .
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with company policies and processes.
- Monitor,



coach and train the sales team and channel partners to improve productivity and business performance.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders.

Ideal
