1)Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails, coolers, smoothies, shakes, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

2)Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

3)Create new and cutting-edge mocktail recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

4)Ensure proper portioning and control beverage costs.

5)Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.

6)Check the quality and freshness of fruits, syrups, juices, herbs, garnishes, and other ingredients.

7)Maintain adequate stock of beverage ingredients and inform the supervisor about shortages.

8)Handle beverage equipment such as shakers, blenders, juicers, and other bar tools safely.

9)Prepare attractive garnishes and ensure proper presentation before serving.





10)Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure timely order completion.

11)Handle customer requests and provide recommendations regarding mocktails and beverages.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of mocktail preparation and beverage presentation.

Creative approach to developing new beverages.

Knowledge of fruits, syrups, herbs, juices, and garnishes.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
