MOBILE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Mobile Technician with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.

- Perform basic hardware repairs, software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear technical guidance.

- Provide doorstep service to customers when required.

- Maintain good communication and customer service standards.

- Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned service requests.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Mobile Technician.

- Good knowledge of mobile hardware and software.

- Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.

- Positive communication skills.

- Willingness to travel and handle doorstep service.

- Valid driving license is mandatory.

- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
